Spidering help please

Hi all
I'm looking to start upgrading my Supersix and want to start by fitting a spidering to replace the stock FSA rings. The FSA's are 110bcd and I have my eye on a 53/39 spidering, will this fit without issue?

The BCD of the FSA is irrelevant because the spiderring doesn't use the FSA spider - the spiderring is a one piece spider and ring, hence the name!

If you have the SI or SISL cranks then the spiderring will fit. You need the proprietary tool though - or access to a shop that has one.

Thanks for the reply. I realised as soon as I'd posted that I was being totally stupid!! I blame being dragged round the shops all day by the wife, it's rotted my brain!!

I did the same thing with my caad10, don't forget you'll need the chain ring tool and the crank arm removal tool if you haven't already got them.

I will drop it into my lbs to have it fitted as they are a cannondale dealer

Probably for the best. The tools are silly money for how often you'll actually use them.
