Unless you are running a physiology lab, there is no difference.

Agreed. At an angle to the topic, but the cadence sensor in Power2Max meters is lame for this very reason.

Back on topic; anyone tried the new rim brakes down a steep descent yet, and if so, do you notice any difference to 9000?

I have the regular rim brake version (not direct mount) and honestly I can't tell the difference and I only had 6800 before.

Does anyone know whether synchro shift is already available on the 9070 Di2 in combination with the new D-fly (smal or bigger one)?

One of my friends will have it on 16th Dec, but it's coming off a show bike so hardly 'available'.

I am on the fence in deciding either ETAP or 9150 Di2.. For a WW project Etap seems to be favorable over 9150 Di2..

SM-EW90 junction user manual updated 30.11.2016:
http://si.shimano.com/pdf/um/UM-7FE0A-005-00-ENG.pdf
no information about synchro shift mode

EW-RS911 junction - not released, no pics, no pdfs
(I guess it is like SM-EW90 with synchroshift mode switch)

EW-RS910 junction user manual posted 02.12.2016:

Good info you found there. The wiring of the bar end junction box is interesting with it coming in from a hole near the end of the bar. I tried to see if I can run a wire through my aerofly and there is something blocking it near where the shifters mount. I would assume that's for reinforcement in that area.

I found the same thing on my Easton EC70 aero bars. something blocking the path around the clamping point :noidea:
