in your video it suggests that the mounting spacer for 140 and 160 rotors are included with the front, but none for the rear?

Correct

Edit: Just to clarify, the front mounting spacer works for both 140 and 160, you just flip the spacer. (You don't get two different spacers)

A year is ridiculous, why announce something if it's not ready? (I understand 'first to market' but still...)

so what about the rear? if using 140mm do you not need a spacer on the rear? seems an odd non-inclusion.

Yes, no spacer needed for 140mm rear rotor.
I agree with you though. Should be included.

Just got mine Di2 setup today.

Two things I noticed right away:
1) The front brake caliper comes with 160/140mm adapter. It's not included with the rear brake caliper and apparently you can run 140mm rotor without using any adapters
2) If you buy the levers separately (like I did, the set is not available here), you are not getting the SM-BH90-JK-SS brake hose - you have to buy them separately. The L02A Resin pads are included with the brake calipers, though.

Sounds like you may have purchased the OEM set. I purchased the retail lever set from an Ebay seller in Japan, which was packaged in the fancy Shimano box and included the hydro shifter levers, Di2 cable tool, two 35ml bottles of Shimano mineral oil, and two lengths of hydraulic brake hose which I assume are SM-BH90.

I know what I would get if I had a bundle (from the video, duh), but it's not available for purchase here. I know some online retailers are listing them (bike24, bike-components among many others), they are different market than ours so maybe they got some different options or the bundle will become available here, eventually.

Doesn't really matter, though, the price that I have paid for the whole system makes up for lack of the oil and the cables. Plus, I will get the latter pretty soon. Interestingly, the mentioned brake hose is specific for the road disc groups (not sure if it's just for the DA or the whole groupset family in general).

Something I haven't been able to find out, apologies if it's been mentioned but googling the thread didn't help: Are the new scylence hubs going to make it into production? Last I read they weren't passing QC, but they are easily the most exciting part of the 9100

Yes, those were one of the main things I was looking forward to on the 9100.

It wasn't a "QC" issue, heard it was a design flaw in the system. Good thing that they caught the issue early though.

Looks like they have gone back to the drawing board on them and won't release anything until they sort out the design shortcomings.

I have a question about the new direct mount R9110 rear brake.

My bike is a Felt AR, I just bought Enve 4.5s and have tons of brake rub even at just 250 watts. Current brake is the stock ultegra 6810 direct mount. My rear brake clearance is probably no more than 1mm on each side at 26mm wide with the rear Enve being 25.5mm. The new R9110 direct mount rear brake says it can accommodate 28mm rims, but would it fit direct mount under the Felt AR bottom bracket? It's the most recent Felt.
