Crap. 2 times flat on the rear on 4 rides.
Just bad luck, or bad tyre?

If they wouldn't look that nice, they were in the trash can by now.

While I think the tubulars can be ordered, I did not think the Corsa Speed Open tires were available yet.

i did just over 800km on the tubulars in a week in Mallorca. The tyres were great. no cuts despite bombing several descents every day. no punctures and no slipping. to be fair the roads in the mountains there are good but are notoriously slippery in the wet. They were wet on the first two days so i just took it really easy and hence cant really vouch for wet traction yet. Handling and ride quality in the dry is superb. Last year i went through 3 pairs of Vittoria Corsa CXIII's without a single puncture (rode em down to the casing threads on the rears) and with zero problems in the wet.
Tbh i cant really tell a big difference between the G+ and the CXIII's, But the rolling resistance data ive seen suggests the new compound is slightly faster and vittoria claim even better puncture resistance so I'm confident in these new tyres.
I really hope Vittoria offer the tubs in black too because as much as i am often a sucker for tan walls i dont think they really suit my TMR01

Mallorca roads are _always_ slippery, I've seen so many people crash in roundabouts, even in training. Remember the descent from Soller in direction Puig? It was a crash-fest every year in our 2nd tier Tour of Mallorca (when it still existed).
I can't comment on the open Corsa 25c tire's performance as yet, but they were the MOST difficult tire that I ever had to mount. I hope I'm not changing flats too often with these tires because I foresee it will be a major PITA.
