Ive built two C60s for friends using Super Record dual pivot and on both the rear brakes feels mushy. I can hear the cable rubbing in the top tube. Is there any known cure for this?

Can't help you with the cure, but can confirm I don't have this issue on my C60, which suggests it's not inevitable. Mine is a 48s - perhaps some frame sizes have closer internal cable tolerances?

I actually have this problem on my 52s.

I've had 3 separate mechanics re-fit new cables and although it has improved since the original fit it's still nowhere near as good as I'd expect it to be.
