With some difficulty. If you want to move the rim from right to left you slacken the right side spoke a little and

tighten the left side spoke an equal amount. Before you do

2 road bikes with 1 race/1 training wheelset each
TT bike with race wheels (sub in training wheels from a road bike)
CX bike with 2 sets of light aluminum wheels (swap 3 different sets of tires depending on conditions)
Mtn bike only has the single wheelset.

Of course that's only what's currently used, there are a few old wheelsets collecting dust in the garage too

Most I had was three sets for one bike. Sold two. Then built another bike minus the wheels. Two bikes one set of wheels. Sold one bike. Now one bike and one wheelset.

Two MTB's one wheelset for each.

One "main" set for every bike then a handful of floating sets to swap into various bikes as the mood takes us.

Thought the original wheels that came with my giant was sufficient, and ended up with 5 additional wheelsets just a year later :(

Nice collection! If you had to keep 3 sets and be remotely sensible, what would they be?

@Sawyer: Good question. I think I would keep these three:
- Lightweights: for sunny sunday rides and because of the 'bling' factor
- Campagnolo Bora's: for overall racing and because I like the looks and their über smooth bearings
- Campagnolo Neutron's: nice bombproof every day wheelset
