If yes, did you run into issues installing the front derailleur? The backside of the FD tab on this frame is flat and not curved like most FD tabs, so once the bolt is tightened, there is no way to pivot the FD cage outward enough to avoid the chain from rubbing on the cage. The smallest 3 cogs are basically unusable right now either in big or small ring.

Is there some kind of curved washer that's supposed to go on the flat FD tab?

Found this picture of the FD tab online. You can see it's flat and not curved. Pictured is a Shimano FD. I am using Sram. I can't imagine this frame is only designed to be used with Shimano FD??

with frame you'll receive ( visible on image between anchor and braze) alignment washers. I've installed 6800, Chorus and Force22 on NP frameset ... No issues at all.

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that ;)

+1 on Alignment Washers. Cheap parts to solve your problem. I have a NeilPryde BURAsl, but this isn't unique to BURAsl.

Alignment washers are very common parts found in the hardware store. Ace Hardware, Home Depot, McMasterCarr... etc if you are in the US. I hope you won't have to source it from Orca Fung.
