Where can I order the plastic cable sheath that runs inside of the bike for easier cable changing?

Why not just use the old cable housing that's already in there? Pull the housing out (without removing cable), thread new housing over old cable, pull old cable out, put new cable through.

My bike only run the cable through the frame. Otherwise, yes that is that way to do it

Go to 1:47 of this video. You may already have all the tubing you need lying around your work-area.

ABSOLUTELY do not waste the sixty-seconds of your life watching the one minute worthless intro to that video.

Very informative, I would do that, but I don't have enough housing laying around

Even if you don't, if you live near a local bike store, I'll bet they have some discard they would give you. Or walk into Wal-mart, where you can get a full set of garbage for $7 or so. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Bell-Sports-C ... t/17619556

You're only using this to run the cable, correct? If so, any cheap liner will do. No need to spend time waiting for a shipment of the good stuff http://www.jensonusa.com/Jagwire-Black-Housing-Liner

Or, do what they show in the video at 1:10... attach string to existing cable, then attach new cable to newly-installed string.

you can order it from swift. 11.25 for 5 meters. I just did this and ran this through my entire fuji SL frame. If you have internal cable routing and a mechanical group, this will make your life much easier after the initial installation.

I've got to say that the Workswell 066 is a snap to install internal cable in. No guide sheath needed for either brake or shift. I imagine that goes for the essentially identical Cervelo R models as well. The only tool I needed was a custom bent paper clip to snag the cable end in a couple of instances.

I ordered Jagwire cable liner from TreefortBikes. It was 30m forabout $10 total: http://www.treefortbikes.com/product/33 ... Liner.html

I have a ton of it left.
