Hi guys, I bought an aluminium colnago as my winter just before December and recently when cleaning it i found some differences from my other colnagos. It has two signatures on the top tube one either side rather than one signature and then the name on the other side. It is in mapei colours. Lastly the frame number isn't that visible but I think it is 0H033. Will try and get pictures up soon. Any help would be appreciated

If it has the Mapei paint scheme, it's a Dream.

Thanks micky, I suspected a dream but I still find it odd how it has no name on it anywhere and I would like to find any history on it
Probably a 'Colnago dream'. Any sticker indicating the tubeset like Columbus 'airplane' or 'altec2+'?
I guess it looks like that:

Hi the tubing sticker says colnago start tubing
Yes, some pics would be nice. I'd like to see it. As Micki said, likely a Dream, but I've never heard of Colnago "Start" tubing. The Dreams I've seen had tubing stickers like @kgt mentions (airplane or altec).

Depends on the paint scheme, there was the Start in white/blue paint scheme that reminded the Mapei one.
Probably low end alu then.
The colnago start. Nice entry level aluminium Colnago frame back then.
If the grand tours are like classical music, kermesse racing is punkrock, Belgian style.

Nice frame BTW what size is it?
Thanks and I think it does look like a start but I can't imagine one being painted up in mapei colours.
It's a 57 from memory it's a little short for me

Cool but the steel Colnago on the background is still much better.
