24mm wide Tune TSR22 Wheelset. Opinions?
Moderator: robbosmans
Hey guys!
Im in the game for a new pair of climbing wheels and I think those Tune TSR22 look like they'd be a pretty good deal. I couldn't finde a single review about those wheels though which is a little worrying? Anyone out there with an opinion on these? Are they stiff?

My other options are Fulcrum Zeros or C24. I'm also a little worried about the Tune wheels reliability. It should become a carefree wheelset.
Thanks for sharing your opinions!

Don't know anything about this wheelset but I'm researching similar wheelsets, I'm quite tempted about the Ritchey WCS Zeta II, similar weight to these other wheelsets, wide rim, tubeless ready and much cheaper. And the reviews are very positive.

It took me a while to decide on a new whilst for climbing. Went for some jra jawbones. They came in around 1350g and are pretty stiff. The only problem i had was that the wide rims caused my gp4000s 23mm to rub the frame at 100pi (they came up 27mm). Running 80psi was fine. Ive since put on some schwalbe one 23mm with no issues (they come up 25.5mm).

Whoa, is your rear wheel also laced radially on the drive side?
I'm not sure the Bitex RAR9 is tough enough to transfer torque via the bearing seat and hub body to the NDS flange!

What rims are those used by Tune? Are they Kinlin like tsr30?
