Help? PF86 with Rotor PF4130 BB but chainline off...

I've searched and found a bit but here's what I need help with. Giant Propel with Rotor 3D + crankset using Rotor's PF4130 bearing kit and the chainline is way off. Sadly been running like this for a while but anyway, the drive side is inwards 7 or 8mm more than the nondrive side!! I took pictures and it shows that measuring the inside of the crank arm to the center of the frame/bottle case on down tube, I am at almost 7 mm further away on the nondrive side.

Followed the installation directions provided by Rotor and just pressfitted the bearings into the frame and put the cranks together. Anyone else encounter this and did you simply just add some of the plastic spacers to the drive side spindle before putting the crank together...
