I've got a 2015 'Dale Supersix EVO HM with a 53/39 chainset fitted and a spare set of 50/34 rings, as per this description:
"Cannondale HollowGram SiSL2, BB30, w/ OPI SpideRing, 53/39 (Compact 50/34 Included)"

I've also got a 2015 CAAD10, which has a 52/36 SI/FSA chainset/rings.

I'd ideally like to run 52/36 on the Supersix, and was wondering if this new spider is compatible with the SiSL2 crankset (as the bike24 website seems to claim)?

"Very lightweight OPI chainring spider (8 arm) made in 3D forging process and brought to completion by CNC milling. Besides the incredibly beautiful look the unusual design offers also excellent rigidity values. The Spider fits to all SI Hollowgram Cannondale cranks."

There's also a prettier 10-arm 52/36, but that's almost twice as expensive @ 299 Euros:

Tracked down both options in this online Cannondale catalogue:

Just do a search for 8-arm - which is 30g heavier than the 10-arm version.

Quick update - they will be available in the UK in mid-Feb, priced at £105 for the 8-arm and £170 for the 10-arm.

The spider interface is the same across all Cannondale Hollowgram crank sets. So if you have hollowgrams on the Caad, then yes, you can remove that spider and chain rings and put them on the Evo.
