They're not replicas, they're forgeries. This is what you get when you buy from people with no QC, no liability and no accountability.
They're ripping off Scott by stealing their designs and trademarks, what made you think they weren't going to rip you off by sending you junk?

why risk your life riding a bad knockoff. buy yourself a pre-owned frameset. several on sale on this forum..
hell a trek emonda alr/cannondale aluminum frame will be lighter/stiffer/safer than this POS..

That's well within the normal range. Try that on a Vitus!
You're seeing tire flex, wheel flex, frame flex and crank flex. You don't apply sideways forces like that when you are riding.
What counts is how it rides.

I'll sell you a Parlee Altum frameset, it's super stiff
My friend had exactly the same thing with his own Venge knockoff. It was made from the cheapest carbon and was super flimsy, he finally changed to an authentic Specialized SL and said it was like going from the worst carbon frame on the market to one of the best. Really, most of the chinese carbon frames are not worth the hassle imho, especially the fakes made to look like real ones.
Try this on the chain stays before you ride it, just in case

Well, the Chinese carbon bars I have on my bike are pretty good. I have used all my weight to press and pull on the bars and it even survived a crash (landed on the bars first), so I have good faith in the bars. Not so much on the frame on the other hand. I'm not willing to destroy the frame
