Well duh.

But according to the other guy europeans take pride in everything they do. So if they send stuff that will have their name on it to be made in China they must also feel that the Chinese will do them proud on quality.

After carefully viewing the video you linked, i think almost carbon frames made in China have a little bit flexibility.

Also, my canyon aeroad frame has a little bit more flexibility for their durability.

I guess it does not matter to ride that frames and it is enoughly safe as well.

Some chinese plants may have a Quality, Quality Manager... Some don't.

Maybe they also do not have the technical expertise to make these frames or do not have or can't afford the expensive equipment required.

Right. Chinese quality is a crap shoot. To have a quality product built there requires a good quality control program with customer source representatives watching and controlling the work processes.
