Hi guys!
I prepare for 2016 season, and I washed all of my drive trains
One of left is my shimano ultegra cleat pedal, which I used about 3 years.
During last year, pedals didnt freely rotate well without any load. They held position.
I guess its time for overhaul.
Thanks to shimano's technical paper, I think disassembling the pedals would be easy. But I only have basic mechanical grease. I dont know how to explain this... anyway cheeeeep mechanical grease.
Is it okay to use any grease for pedal?
and Is there anybody who tried to overhaul cleat pedals?

Any grease is better then no grease at all.
If you want to see 'meh' content of me and my bike you can follow my life in pictures here!'Tape was made to wrap your GF's gifts, NOT hold a freakin tire on.'
As long as it isn't contaminated you'll be fine.
And you can get small tubes of the correct stuff from just about any bike shop for a few pounds/dollars. It goes a long way!
