If it's got paint on it will weigh more. I had a ss6 evo and also an older SS6 from 2007/2008. The latter I stripped all the paint off and went from 1,150g down to 1,016g with the paint removed and a clear sealing coat applied. So, it's quite a difference.

I assume the same applies to the evo.

Just weighed my 2015 56cm Hi-MOD 2 frame at 875g. The "Hi-MOD 2" frame is matte black/grey. I weighed it with front and rear derailleur hangers, the little metal chain guard, the chain stay protector and the BB with aluminum cups pressed in. I though it would be lighter with the matte paint. From searching it looks like the cups and bearings weight about 65g so it drops it down to 810g.

Also weighed the fork, which will be it at some point and is 318g as it sits now

My 2013 Black Inc Evo 52 is 668g with FD tab and frame protector..
