Are you using a RED 110BCD crank?

He would have to be. If you look at the BCD for that ring size you'll see it's 110. So long as you get the BCD correct GXP or BB30 axle does not matter.

I have just gone back to round rings on my road bike - but keeping QXL on my TT rig. Run P2M on all my bikes. Have found a slight power difference between the Q-Rings and round (same as found in the Twitter link). I liked the q-rings, just gone to round rings to see if I can feel a difference. So far...not. But would not be without them on the TT bike.

It's beneficial to train on round and race on oval/O'sys. Reckon you might recover a bit quicker as a result. ;)

I raced and trained on Q rings for nearly a year and have found a big advantage with them with me is that I spin a higher cadence. I used to be a churner but when I made the switch to the Q rings I was spinning more in all my gears and found that it took a lot longer for fatigue in my legs to set in. hope this helps :D

Even with no ramps, my Fibre-Lyte O'sys style rings shift better than my Q-Rings ever did.

How are the Qring vs Osys differ? The Osys chai rings seems to cost a bit more?

Regarding power meters, slope and inaccurate readings - if you use a quarq they have a calibration table that you can follow to setup your rings. Normal and qxl are in there. once you adjust the slope the readings are the same as you'd get on round, and it's not a huge diff in slope from stock at all anyway.

I don't remember offhand but they were less than O'sys rings.
