I´m building my first TT bike, which also happens to be my first SRAM-equipped bike. Since the frame requires full lenght housing (and its much easier to find Shimano housing sold by the metre) my question is:

- Is SRAM Force 22, and Sl-1150 R2C shifters, compatible with Shimano cables and housing?

Yes. Get the latest Ultegra or DA polymer coated cables, I run them on my SRAM builds. You can burn off the coating at the clamping points to prevent slippage.

I vote dont get polymer coated cables. That crap frays super easy, then clogs up the housing.
I use Shimano stainless cables for all my cable needs.
