Just about to embark on a Supersix Evo Hi-Mod 2015 build. Just wondering what people have had the best success with bottom brackets?

I was looking at the FSA PF30, or I was wondering if I can just go for traditional BB30 - popping in the bearings in the shell with clips.

What is the general consensus regarding Supersix frames and best bottom brackets?

NB - I'll be putting in a Rotor 3D+ crankset in there.

Is it worth going for the BB30 bearing option:

OR

The PF30 BB - like the FSA:

BB30 and PF30 there are two different, not compatible BB systems.
Which one you should go for will be determined by the BB standard in which the frame is made.

Cheers for that. Thus I'm looking at a PF30 BB. Any recommendations :)

(I'm coming from the world of BB86 and BSA BBs)

Just yesterday I installed a hawk racing pf30 bb in my himod. Past experience was great so I went with one again this time around. Used a little retaining compound for the install. Ceramics are not worth it to me. These all stainless hawk bearings just last. Spins effortlessly.

Thanks for the tip - although I'm struggling to spot the hawk racing BB in the UK.

Think I'll pick up the FSA BB - seems a good price and fair weight from the big W.
