I have heard that titanium skewers can be flexy and affect handling.

Is there any recommendation on good solid titanium skewers?

I'm sure you can find a skewer topic with tons or recommendations but I've found Zipp ti skwewers to be solid. They have a brass bushing instead of plastic. I've found great deals on them on ebay.

prendrefeu did a complete strip and weighing of each component of a 105 CAAD12. Should be a good place to start.

Enve titanium skewers @62g a good choice. Enve are not going to manufacture top end wheels and then anchor them with poor quality skewers. titanium is good in tension but not so good in torsion.Keep away from cheap Chinese products and you will be fine.

+1 on the zipp skewers, I recently picked up a pair for $35 on ebay. 56 grams for the pair so not the lightest skewers around but should be a lot lighter than something like shimano.
