I would, if staying with the japanese, upgrade to DA shifters, cassette and rear mech. Right now I feel that the shifting in the rear isn't much better then my well tuned 105, although the feeling in the levers are improved. DI2 would have been nice, but I don't think the Evo can take electronics (since all the cabling is external).

Just checked and they are actually the Cannondale C2 Classic, 2014 Alloy, Shallow Drop. The same as yours? Around 300g in weight but haven't noticed any flex myself. Having said that I weigh 69kgs and I am no sprinter.

I wouldn't call myself a sprinter, but I like to stand up and push hard and weigh 88kg.
