Yes, he was impressive. No doubt. I was in the same field, but had a rather bad day, so I got shelled when the front group exploded in the wind. But I heard that he was a class above the rest.

(One of his team mates were not cool, though. I was actually punched by one a few km's before the finish line. Bad form... I mean, we were riding for 10th place!)
