My friend you are right. Giant doesnt support customer.

OP, the people you should be directing your ire at are in no particular order
  1. The driver
  2. The distributor
Giant have not done anything wrong.
If you want to destroy the frame, that's your prerogative. IMO it's a pointless exercise but hey, it's your money.

As for the way you have derided people's inability to afford SR11, it only serves to paint you in a poor light. I'd rather only be able to afford Sora than be able to afford SR EPS and live in Erdogan's Reich.

The "victim" or "entitlement" mentality is sweeping through our culture; and cyclists are part of that demographic.

I would personally not buy anything from Giant anyway, but I think smashing your frame is a bit ridiculous. However, it belongs to you, so go crazy.
