I would agree, those look like a pressure point extraordinaire.
But, the statement does note "completely customizeable", so perhaps Sarto can remove the ridges, made it wider, change the profile, flex, etc.
Depends on how they define "completely."

how many of us know enough to give specific input to a saddle design we haven't ridden?

sure, if you like arione, you could say to fizik, trim out the sides more, or make the nose wider.
but this? who knows other than remove the ridges...

Looks good to me. The ridges don't look remarkably different to say an SMP Composit.
