I ended up just laying them upside down in a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes at 175F. Placed in shoe and strapped things down. Can't say if it gave the same result as the store but it did take a shape. Most likely the arch support may not be as high but overall it seemed to work without destroying anything..

I "think" you can make a mold in gypsum, clay or similar if you are up to it?
Perhaps use a hair dryer or oven to make the soles ready to get baked.
Or check a runners lab if they got these tools to make and bake soles.
