I don't recall throwing anything away, but my front brake nut is not long enough to make it through the Colnago tapered fork. It was fine on an Enve 1.0 fork. Did anyone get two fork nuts (short and long)? If so, I'll continue looking through my stuff.

It's one standard fork nut along with the EE brakes (not two).

To short!?

I have used mine on 4 forks, THM CT, Ax Helios, 3T Rigida and Paduano racing monoque fork.

I think you should drop Craig (EE Cycleworks) a line.
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

hi
i had same issue. bought a new nut. craig was apologetic but yeah, he is not providing the longer nut you need for a colnago. i think i ended up getting one from toronto cycles or whatever and also one from ebay.

+1

I had to get a 31.8mm long nut from Toronto Cycles. The replacement nut with shipping came to less than $10. That was with the optional black anodizing. I don't know why I opted for that since you can't even see the thing once it is inside the hole. :-/.

So that even you gaze at the hole, it is still invisible
Btw is the nut compatible to Shimano or Sram nuts?

Craig said they're all standard size M6, but he didn't correct my assumption that I must have misplaced it. Oh well, off to the shop I go.
