So I bought a set of used eebrakes (2010-2014 version) off of eBay. My due diligence was lacking and I discover that the brakes are missing the cable clamp square washers, pad holder spacers and the washers that go between the fork/frame and mounting bolt upon delivery. That was my bad. Caveat emptor and all that sort of thing.

I send an email to eecycleworks to see if I can buy replacements. Craig ends up sending them to me gratis. They have a super loyal customer in me now.

Same here! Considering the price, performance and customer service I believe these brakes are the best value on the market.

Same for me. I am not in the US and he send some small things i needed for free. Always quick on answers and helpful.

I think Craig is actually one of the best guys around. I agree with you all, the product and the person behind them makes EE

something special.

Then try again? I had only good dealings with Craig and he's good company as well. His EE brakes are are deservingly getting used by big brands on their top models, like Specialized and Fuji. Can't wait to see the new cranks he has been said to work on.

I have received the washers from Craig and installed my brakes.

Holy cow these things are effective. I nearly put myself over the bars testing them out and I wasn't even grabbing the levers hard.
