I want to install P2M FSA crank to BB90 equipped bike, but it´s pretty hard.
FSA crank axle outer diameter is not even. It has two areas, where its 0,3mm bigger.
I sanded area 1. with sandpaper (it took about 1 hour) and then I could enter the axle throw the bearings, but I cant sand area 2., because it is too close to spider. And the 2. area is too thick, so the right bearing does not fit over there and that´s why the axle is not extending enough from left side. And thats why the left crank cant be secured properly.
On my previous bike it was not problem, because it had BSA68. And there is somekind of plastic sleeve between axle and bearing, which can compress, but in this BB90 there is direct contact between axle and bearing (metal to metal) and there is no room, when axle is bigger than it should be.
Has anybody installed P2M FSA Gossamer successfully to their Domane?

FSA/ Shimano not quite fitting is a well known and documented occurance.
Some fit, others don't.
FWIW unbolt the P2M spider and then sand the axle down
