Anyone know if there exists a brake/shifter combo for bar-end (bullhorn/base bar) mounting?
I see Shimano's Di2 levers, but I'm looking for mechanical shifters, 10-speed SRAM/Shimano style.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

something like Cippolini did? Mounting STI shifters.
Note: this only works with bullhorns that are curved towards the end, not with straight versions.

yes, plenty of bar-end shifters out there, and bar-end brakes. i was just wondering if anyone offered a combo.

Let's assume you want the lightest, yes? This is Weight Weenies afterall.

Maybe contact JTek and see if they can make something for your specific needs/setup.

They also have this: http://jtekengineering.com/products/aerobrake/

Nice find there. I'm not sure about the robustness of that brake lever, though. It appears to be an add-on to production shifters.
Meant as they say more for modulation in the aero position than full-on braking?

Another option I'm considering is to use a base bar with both the front and the rear of the hand grips being open.
Mount the brake levers as usual at the front of the grips, and a thumb shifter inserted into the back portion of the grip.

Appreciate the find, though! I never heard of Jtek.

Well, it looks like they are working on something at Shimano, but more of an urban bike solution!
