Moots is at the top of the Ti heap in terms of manufacture. That said, add to Moots build quality lots of panache, first hand road experience, superior understanding of the bicycle frame, the creator of Moots and you have Kent Eriksen and Steve Hampsten. I believe that in terms of Ti it gets no better than Eriksen, Hampsten and Moots. Your list is way too long; but if you want it long, add De Rosa :D

Fully custom built, so you can have what you like.

+1

They have done this thing very long time, as an owner of three Tommasinis (+two Colnagos) i know they have learned their lesson.

What is your goal for the new frame?
Build quality/aesthetics?
Ride quality?
Weight?
Uniqueness?
Answer and rank these questions- It should narrow your list.

I think I have narrowed it down to

1) passoni
2) firefly
3) legend (seeing that he's from passoni - I think I should just go back to passoni)

For Ti, I can't really recommend anyone aside from Firefly. Stunning builds and quality.

With Levacon you can request exactly what you want (each tubing diameters, geometry, decoration etc...)

A few years ago it was a guy who had a Ti Passoni. He also bought a steel Passoni and what is the thing here is what he concluded.

He liked the steel frame better as it had much better ride feel. I can't say my Ti bike is bad, but it does not feel like my Vial EVO D.

I wonder, if i also would have bought a light weight steel bike and actually have had a better ride feel.

I am not sure we can generalize all Ti-frames as to be deemed, super nice riding frames.
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

Fully custom built, so you can have what you like - so if the C60 geometry is your favourite, then have that - or maybe you prefer the F8, have it in that geometry
And of course you can have it decalled how you like!!!
Polished Mirror finish looks amazing :)

If you specify nothing, you get it standard Old School Italian racing setup - and then before you know it, you're climbing on the drops, Marco Pantani style :)

Second Tommasini. Got a tour of their business while in Italy last summer, was stunned by the polished Ti frame in the wall, and regret not pulling the trigger on one in my Litespeed Siena geometry.
