Canyon dropbar width measurements

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone can help. Keen on the h11 integrated dropbar from canyon. However I was wondering how the measurements are made? Are they center to center or outside to outside. There's 3 measurements : 39,41,43, I am guessing the equivalent is 40,42,44? (Center to center)?
