Just wonder what does it take to build up a sub 16.5lb 58cm CAAD 10 / Supersix Evo / Synaspe, and that's with pedals, wireless computer and 2 water bottles? Not in a sense of how much, but a general idea of what kind of component groups? Like Ultegra with Ultegra / RS81 wheelset? Or Dura Ace with DA 9000 wheelset?

Ultegra and 1400g wheels would probably do it

My own CAAD is lighter than your target with Ultegra and a Hollowgram SL. It'd be even lighter if I didn't run tubeless tyres and SPD MTB pedals.

Seek out a Hollowgram SiSL/SiSL2, RED Exogram or even an old 5 arm FSA SL-K (tend to be very cheap on the bay) crank. Native BB30 is always going to be lighter.

My 60cm Caad10 is 17lbs with Ultegra Di2, Stock FSA SLK-Light 53/39 crank, Ultegra 6700 12-25 cassette, Ultegra chain, Ultegra 6800 pedals, Ultegra 6700 wheels 1640g, Stock C1 seatpost 225g, Fizik 00 Handlebar 175g, Fizik R1 100mm stem 120g, Fizik Arione cx saddle 205g, Carbon bottle cages 20g ea, and 700x25 Fusion 3's tubeless 320g ea. I do have the Black Inc which has the slightly lighter anodized frame that also comes with the lighter nano fork found on the top end Evo.

I'm currently looking at some 1400g wheels, 240g tubeless tires, Cyrano 00 seatpost 190g, and Arione 00 saddle 145g that will drop 455g/1.5lbs, on paper that gets me around 15.5lbs for a 60cm. Plus changing over to the internal Di2 battery, Hollowgram Crank, Dura Ace Cassette, Dura Ace chain, Dura Ace pedals, and Dura Ace Brakes could net me another 300-350g getting me down to 15lbs or less? I may never get there because the bike is pretty good as is but every time something needs to be replaced it'll be with weight savings in mind.

I have a 54 CAAD9 with ultegra 6700 and it's 17.3 lbs on the dot. Ritchey stem & post, Aliante saddle (which is somewhat heavy), and a nice set of dt clinchers.

I bet with sram red I could shave another 1lb+ off, easily.

The catch in your question is in including 2 water bottles (unless you have meant cages). If those bottles are with water, it's >2lb more weight. :) Some even don't weigh bike with cages, or pedals.

I Built up a 60cm Caad 10 that comes in at 7.34kg, about 16.5 lbs.

Simplified build kit is as follows:

Caad10 BBQ frameset
Dura Ace 9000 mechs and shifters
105 chain and cassette for now
Praxis Zayante Crank and matching BB (heavy!)
Planet X CNC brakes
R45's laced on Pacenti SL23 with CX-Rays
Bontrager R3 tyres and superlight tubes
Lightish Bontrager Alloy Bars and Stem
Bontrager XXX Seatpost and RXL Seat
Jagwire Elite Link cable set
Speedplay Stainless pedals.

Obviously a lot of weight to be lost at the crank and BB - I will probably get some holograms in the future, I should be able to get sub 6 kilos without too much effort.
