Modified tune/BTP seatclamp 34.9mm with 6mm bolt

Well the title says it all really . I wanted a stronger clamping force so went with a 6mm bolt highly machined in the lathe . I rounded the base of the head to make it a ball shape to easy compression when tightening . I also re tpped the nut with a 6mm thread and deburred everything .
