Well, yes i mean. But all avaible tubs that are 25mm or specified 25mm are greatly appreciated.
I see most come in around 300 grams, perhaps specified a bit lighter!
I think the widest i've seen specified 23mm, is Veloflex Carbon which was 24.45mm at 100 psi.
My bike is approved for tops 25mm.

No idea about how light they are, but Veloflex Arenberg may very well be the best 25mm tubulars. Rolls extremely nice, doesn't seem wear vey quickly and handles like a dream.

My veloflex carbons (23mm claimed width) weigh 247/250g, so it's less then claimed 260g weight. I'm curious how wide they will measure when glued on wheels and pumped to 7-8bar. Given that carbons weigh less then advertised, i expect veloflex arenberg (claimed 25mm width/290g) to weigh ~280g.

My Veloflex carbon weights more than specified...
Edit:
Checked my Veloflex Carbon specified to 23mm.
Inflated to just over 110 PSI (minimum 7 bar/ max 10) they are 280 grams and using caliper they are a hefty 25.95mm wide!!

Hm, Veloflex might have changed something then with the Carbons recently? All the Carbons I have (most are from years 2011-2013), are right around 250 grams each, and nowhere close to 25mm actual width.
Minimum bike categories required in the stable:
Aero bike | GC bike | GC rim bike | Climbing bike | Climbing rim bike | Classics bike | Gravel bike | TT bike | Indoors bike

Have you checked out the Vittoria Crono CS II? It's spec'd at 24mm though. In any case not the tyre of choice when you pick 25mm because of rough roads ...
Bikes: Raw Ti, 650b flatbar CX
@mrlobber: you may have the older 22mm Veloflex Carbons. They are now all 23mm. The Arenbergs are essentially the same but 25mm.
