Time Instructions: "For a minimum offset position the cleat with the Q mark to the right under your right foot and the cleat with the Q mark to the left under your left foot".

When it says 'position to the right' does that mean when you look at the sole of the shoe while it is in your hand or does that mean when you are wearing your shoes and looking down at them.

Thanks.

 I do get you though, as being just one of those things difficult to get your brain round. Why don't you look down and think that moving your cleat outwards away from the bottom bracket moves your foot in closer to the bb?

There is no side to side adjustment with Time cleats, they are standard three hole fixings.

When you're reading the cleat and it says "Left 51.3" or "Right 54.7" you mount the cleat on the left shoe if you want 51.3 (lower) or right if you want 54.7 (higher) (I think those are the #'s on there).

Thanks. Got it. Been on Time since the 1980s and forgot the notation on the underside of the cleats was there!
