Where I live (Scandinavia), they use flint in the asphalt. Flint is tires worst enemy. We have flats here every 1.000-2.000 kms. Which for me is around once a month. Thats why I want them as cheap as possible.

On todays training we were 5 guys doing 85 kms. We had 3 flats. One of them was mine. But then again it was raining almost all the way.

Sorry, forgot to say, the Specialized Turbo tubes do have a smooth valve stem.

Are butyl inner tubes really more reliable after having installed him?
