Nice job from LG...

Better venting and a better crash structure than anything in the past. Good retention and relatively quiet.

I've been riding one since early 2014, durability is pretty good too.

I also have been using one for the last two seasons. Really happy with it

ditto - find it very quiet, ventilation is good, and the retention system works for me. Very happy with it.

I've had an LG Course for a year and recently bought a KASK Protone.

KASK feels better built when in the hands, but to be honest, I think I prefer the feel of the Course when riding and I keep going back to it. Ventilation is better on the LG and it feels slightly lighter when on the head. Both are great helmet's, though.

I loved the aesthetics of my Course, I imported one from the UK as they weren't (aren't?) available in Aus. Unfortunately it didn't feel good on my head, the size was ok but there was a funny "flat spot" towards the back of my head that was very uncomfortable. I went back to Kask (Mojita for now, Protone eventually)

I agree with this ^. I had one, and as much as I wanted it to work (it had nice ventilation and a small profile), it just didn't fit my head very well. Didn't feel very secure. I've since moved on to the Smith Overtake. Complete opposite as this one feels incredibly solid and secure, but lacks the ventilation!

40g heavier than a POC Octal or Giro Synthe in same size (290g in size M).

I've been using one for over a year and like it. Not a fan of the looks of most aero helmets but the Course looks normal. It has done well in several independent aerodynamic tests as well.
