Guys,

I'm currently buying a hi-mod frame set only and the shop is saying its a 2015 model,

Looking online at pictures it's pretty hard to tell the difference between the 2015 and 2014 models, anyone know how I could differentiate?

Also is there much difference between the frames anyway? Weight ride quality etc?

Thanks

Could you get hold of the serial number to check?

Not at the moment because I don't have the frame and it's a 2hr drive away, I just wondered if there was a way to tel via the graphics and also what the differences were.

I don't think there is any difference from the first SS evo released in 2011 and the latest in 2015.

Maybe the first years they were made in Taiwan and after in China ?

For 2015 the 'evo' logo on the downtube and fork and chainstay was droppped and replaced with just a '6'

Frames from 2014 and before say 'evo' on them.

See that's what I thought, but upon further investigation it seems it depends where the image has been taken from,

Looking on cannondales website both the 2015 and 2014 don't seem to have the evo logo on the top tube, so if the website has taken their image from there it will be like that regardless of the year.

However even on this site iv found a evo hi-mod with the 'evo' logo on and the owner says it's a 2015 model!!

I'm wondering if cannondale maybe have difference between there American and UK models?!
