Hub in Lightweight disc wheel
Moderator: robbosmans
I've tried to find more info on this, but here it goes;
I purchased a very nice Lightweight Disc wheel. This type to be precise
I know there is a DT freehub in this wheel, but since this wheel has a Campagnolo cassette and I ride SRAM I'de like to swap it for a Shimano/SRAM freehub body.. But what freehub do I need?
A 240S body maybe?
Thanks for the info!

No such thing.
They all use the same two springs, and 18T or 36T star ratchets. Or 54T star ratchets if you had a Bontrager labeled version.
Well, kinda...
180/190 free hub bodies have smaller ceramic bearings, and around the bearings, they have several holes drilled to save weight. They are all interchangeable (i.e. inner diameter of the bearings are the same) though... Me thinks...

I'd go with the 240 free hub. Small bearings, even if ceramic, wear faster and in theory should be marginally slower.
