I'm looking at this bicycle and can't really find much about the frame other than they are a company from Spain.
Thinking of buying one, but the frame could be too small for me (it's a 54) since I'm a tall 185cm, skinny 135lbs (61kg) bloke.

It's a Macario Pro Team S5 carbon bike.

Macario is Shimano distribuitor in Spain, in addition to other brands, really not is a manufacturer, years ago if it manufactured in steel, and had prestige as a manufacturer in Spain

I'm really curious about the frame geometry, since I got a good deal (~1000e) on this bike only the frame size ruins it.

If you're 185cm and the bike is a 54 size, i wouldn't buy it no matter what price. It will most likely be too small for you.
