When running the 53 at the front and the largest two rear cogs there was a problem where the chain was trying to jump of the pullys so I removed the drive side spacer to get a better chain line and now it's better, Iv also measured the cranks from the seattube and now there's only 1mm difference

I don't know what to say anymore... That spacer is there for a reason. Put it back on. IT WAS DESIGNED THAT WAY FOR A REASON. Removing that spacer is not a solution to a problem that lies elsewhere, such as your rd. Check limit screws, hanger alignment, the usual suspects... :unbelievable: :noidea:

I've checked the rd limit screws and hanger alignment and everything's fine, I took it into my local shop and he said he's done this before and it's been fine, the chain line is too extreme with that spacer installed, what's the problem with it not being there?
