DA Groupset questions.

Hi Guys,
I hope you can help I'm struggling finding definitive answers,
I'll explain what iv got atm and what I'm doing and hopefully it'll make sense.
At present I have ultegra 6700 with 50/34 praxis rings on a fsa crank and I'm buying a new groupset and cranks, but the groupset is coming tomorrow and the cranks will be a couple of weeks.
So this weekend I'm going to replace my shifters, mechs (rear short cage), cassette (with a 11-28) and chain (DA9000) but I will still have the 50/34 chainrings and cranks.
Then in a couple of weeks I will be fitting a 53/39 SiSL2 with spiderings.
My question is when the new chainrings arrive will the chain just swap over or will I have to get a new one to accommodate the larger chain rings.

In 99% of cases it will be fine.
But if the RD is already stretched when riding big-big as you've made a weightweenie miniumum length chain installation it is a good idea to test it very carefully in a workstand very gently before you ride, taking care that there's slack in the system before you make the final shift. Otherwise if you test it uphill in a sprint and the chain is too short you can wreck your frame, RD and likely the rear wheel.

That looks fine.
However - is that with the 50 or the 53? If that is the 50, changing to the 53 may be pushing the limits of acceptability.
