Cannondale C2 swap out

I have a 2013 Cannondale Super Six that I would like to replace some C2 parts. I want to cut some weight. Im thinking the seat post, stem and handlebars. Liking the aero look. What will be some good parts to replace them with and how any grams will I save? The bike is weighting at 17 lbs I'm looking to be around 16 lbs. Thanks for your help as I'm new to the biking racing world and these forums.

Not sure how heavy are those C2 parts you mentioned, however on Stem, bars and seat post you will struggle to gain more then 200 grams, all together.
Tires are one of the easiest and cheapest part to save weight on.

60 grams for the C2 seatpost (31.6x300mm)
128 grams for the C2 stem (although 110mm)
304 grams for the C2 handlebar (42cm, middle-to-middle)
I was just wanting to replace these things. I understand I can save weight on tires.

You can get a handlebar under 200 grams, easily with any newer carbon handlebars, for as little as 150 Euro.
The stem could also be slightly lighter, 100 grams can be achieved for a 110 mm stem. check the Uno 7 stems, these are quite affordable, or if you want something fancy the Extralite stems.
As for the seat post I have my doubts that the original C2 seatpost is only 60 grams heavy, maybe 160. You can get same size seat post at 110 - 120 grams, not cheap though. See New Ultimate for example.

Yes sorry seat post is 260 grams.

you could lose
~80g from seatpost
~100g from bars
maybe 20g from stem

much more than 200g total would get expensive

tyres/tubes are an easy saving (unless you flat)
what pedals are you using?
what saddle?

... then you start to get into bottle cage territory.
