I think you need to figure out what you want first.

This is like asking whether you should to go buy an SUV from mfg A or a sports car from mfg B.

Zero7 is a stiffness to weight ratio bike. Madone is aero. Your comparison would be more relevant if you were debating between Zero7 vs Emonda (both STW offerings) or Cento1 Air vs Madone (both aero offerings)

All of the above are 'good' bikes, but one category will likely be better suited to the type of riding you enjoy or what purpose you have.

Which will be the actual weight of trek madone rsl with dura-ace di2 when I will use the mavic r-sys slr?

I will mount pedals time (155g) an titanium quicl release (50g).

I am looking for a light bike (it is enough for me less of 6,7kg with pedals), a great bike, a top level bike such as technical features, a good bike in descent, a bike that will maintain its value over time.

I am not sure if anyone is willing to do the math for you. Competitive cyciling has some good weight numbers you can use. Happy calculating!
