I would like to buy a bike with disc brakes for the winter and the bad weather.
Frame will be build up with ultegra DI2.

Must haves for the frame:
- thru axle
- fender mounts (with fenders still be able to use 28C tires)
- replaceable hanger

Which frame would you choose and why?

As I understand it correct the litespeed has a 142mm axle and the Lynskey 135mm (you can use a thru axle if you change the dropout)

In the past I heard bad things about Litespeed (warranty issues).
Is this still the case?

Haven't Litespeed gone bust? In which case, warranties are very bad.

I have pretty much the bike that you describe. Read the full story here: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=117294
