Ugh why not take a carpet knife to a set of standard pads? Or is this solution not expensive enough for LW/EE/THM? :D :D

You could always use some offset brake pad holders like the ones made for gigantex carbon rims. Those are made for lowered brake track , but you can install them inverted so that the pads are offset higher. this way you won't have to buy special pads from lightweight and can use your regular pads.

you could have them anodized black or just sand them a bit and use etching black primer. Etching primer sticks very well and will match the finish of the brakes.

You can probably just take a Dremel to a standard pad, that's what I have to do for my Hed Jets, it takes all of 5 minutes to grind them down.
