I just ordered a Pinarello Dogma K8-s. What do you guys think of the bike? I am currently on a Trek Madone 5. Ordered just the frame and fork. Cannot wait until it gets in. Hopefully by the end of the month.

I can't wait to get feedback on how it rides, currently I am debating C60 vs F8 but I am strongly leaning C60. I think I am more likely to buy disc brakes rather then a bike with a shocks that said the K8-S is gorgeous!

How did you gear it up? Wheels?

Just ordered the frame and fork. Moving all the parts from my Trek Madone 5.

Enve Custom Built wheels with Chris King R45 hubs w/ceramic bearings.
Dura Ace 9070 Di2 shifters, Di2 Derailleurs.
Dura Ace 9000 Cranks with Stages Power Meter
Dura Ace 9010 direct mount front brake,
Bontrager Emonda Direct mount Rear brake (Dura Ace will not clear my power meter. Much improved from the Bontrager addition that came on the bike).
Fizik Aliante Carbon Bradded Saddle.
Enve Carbon Stem,
ZIPP SL 70 Carbon Aero Bars
Garmin Edge 1000 with K-edge XL mount
Speedplay X2 pedals

You can get it in the Disk version, but I do not want to buy new hubs and have my wheels relaced. Also I already run Dura-ace brakes and have no problems with them in any weather conditions.

Looks great, I am interested to hear how much extra tire clearance is there compared to the F8.

The frame and fork set retails for $6250. Not the exact answer to your question but as close as I am willing to answer. :-)

Have you had any issues with the rear brake on your k8-s? I just received mine and built it out however shock lug appears to have been drilled off center so i have hardly any clearance off the left brake pad. There is nothing i can do to gain more clearance. A locoal bike shop although non pin dealer agrees with my finding

I'm not sure I need suspension, but I really like the newest Dogmas. Beautiful bike.

Fantastically odd-looking and presumably well-performing bike! Great choice.

What size did you buy? I ask mainly because your Madone (beautiful btw) looks extremely small.

Looks like Pinarello is prototyping a non-suspension version of the Dogma K8.

Sweet bike. Curious why you ordered the -s? Rough tarmac where you ride?

How 'bout a report?
