Was it ~25 seconds advantage in 40k in contrast to standard Allez? Can someone provide source?

You're not going to get an official source as they didn't publish the test data but quite a few contributors to this thread are more than credible enough.

It's basically tied with the old Venge at zero yaw with a -17 and an Aerofly. If you don't run those, subtract ~15s. 40s is the approx delta between Tarmac and old Venge according to certain tests although I've never seen the most recent Tarmac tested against any of those.

I've been riding my 52 for a little while now, fantastic bike. Can't say enough good things about it or the Roval 64s on it.

Just noticed from the Specialized website that the Allez Sprint X2 is now available

https://www.specialized.com/us/en/bikes ... -x2/116152

I reckon that the X2 will have a wider appeal than the X1.

The price is reasonable and the color is amazing (at least to me).

Just saw it at a shop today in the flesh, it's gotta be one of the meanest looking bikes I've seen. Hell, I'd probably take that over the vias that was hanging over it

The SILVER ANO/SATIN BLACK 1X (same as the one I have posted in this thread....or someone posted for me?) frame is available in all sizes at the moment, except for size 49. Quantities vary per size but they are available.

The Comp and Expert complete bikes are also in stock.

If that frame was available in a 2x, I'd have bought it 6 months ago.
