Yes I know they don't look that great but for those of us with Bad backs better than flipping a stem...

It looks like Specialized might have one - who else introduced one one a bike recently? I can't remember who it was.

Thanks

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

No - been there and tried that years ago - the shifters are at the same level of the stem.

I thought it was on a bike introduced just a few weeks ago and thought it was on something from Trek but that doesn't seem to make sense now.

The new Venge Vias has riser bars. Doesn't look like they're available yet.

What's wrong with flipping the stem? I know its aesthetically better when the top tube and the stem are parallel. But is there anything else to this? Negative stem + lots of spacers are even less aero, weaker and flexier than positive stem and less/no spacers.

The 25mm rise bar takes care of a lot of those issues.

I actually like the look of the riser bar. Main deal is computer placement. But I also prefer flipped stems to spacers, so what do I know.

The Specialized riser bar is supposed to compensate for the -17d stem. The -17d stem is for aerodynamics (smaller frontal profile).
Looks like a computer mount might be a problem on these bars.
