I'm surprised how many of you are carrying co2, especially with tubulars. I carry a Lezyne pump, and while I believe it makes the most sense anyway, this is especially true for tubs where punctures are often slow leaks that can be ridden a long distance with the occasional stop for a re-pump. The pump is quite handy.

Oh, and I'm also carrying a spare tubular and one lever. As said above, it's a sure thing.

Its been said that co2 will make some sealants harden up and therefor useless, not sure how true this is.

- A small Muji bottle of sealant (Stan's)
- A small Muji plastic liquid pump
- Park valve core removal tool
- Lezyne carbon road drive hand pump

Saved me 5 times, unbelievable how many punctures find me and no one else in my groups.

Used to carry CO2 but one time the sealant didn't hold and I only had 1 canister. The only time I've taken a taxi home :(

Lezyne pump is dramatically better and you can get up to 80-90psi easily, 110psi if you really work at it.

spare tub (two on a very long 200 mile+ ride)
tyre lever
CO2 or pump
Pitstop but I find it hit and miss.

I bring a razor blade wrapped around a small bottle of stans with electrical tape so I just cut the old tubular off and peel it off the rim. Much faster that way. I also tape a valve stem remover and extra valve core to the bottle. I would never trust co2 only and always carry a leyzene carbon mini pump on the frame. On long rides only with no cell service do I carry an extra tubular.

I've been burned too many times by Vittoria Pitstop. I have had good luck with Stan's but, until I get a decent hole and it actually seals it, I always carry a spare.

For me:
Multitool (I can use two adjacent hex keys to get the valve off)
Half bottle of stan's
Lezyne mini pump
One used pre-glued tub either in my second cage or in my back pocket.

I should add a razor to the above. It'd take my 7 minute tub swap down to probably 2min.

Spare tub (pretaped), tyre lever (can't get tubs taped with Jantex 14 off without one), multitool, can of bang (Velox or Pitstop), 2 x CO2, gas head, spare valve extender, valve core/extender spanner, magic link, mini pump.

About 600g including the Arundel Tubi saddle bag it all (just) fits in (apart from the Pitstop, which goes in the jersey pocket). Not very WW I suppose, but better than walking.

-Small bottle of sealant
-Small pump

For longer rides I would take an old tub strapped to the seat

@coloclimber: Dude a razor blade? that sounds dangerous

On longer rides a spare tubular in the tool bottle and a mini pump of course.
